With hundreds of matches and rapidly approaching 500 competition matches, Jack is one of the most active competitors in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.

Not just in volume—but in how he competes.

He consistently:

• moves up in divisions
• takes matches against higher belts
• enters Absolute divisions with no weight classes
• faces opponents much larger—and keeps showing up

He’s not picking easy matches. He’s testing himself.

Jack began his Jiu-Jitsu journey on March 1, 2021.

In just a few years, he has built a level of experience that most people never reach.

Lead Instructor. Still a Student.

As of 2026, Jack serves as the Lead Instructor at Calvert MMA Academy®, working directly under Professor Jim Thrift and alongside Professor Kevin Southworth and the rest of the Team LINEAGE® staff.

He helps lead day-to-day instruction while continuing to train, compete, and evolve his own game.
