Every other Friday at 6 PM, he leads a dynamic striking class designed for all skill levels—from beginners mastering the fundamentals to advanced fighters refining their technique.

This class primarily focuses on Western Boxing and Muay Thai, covering:

Required Equipment

To participate, students must bring:

16 oz boxing gloves
Hand wraps
Shin guards
Focus mitts
Kick shield
Groin protection (based on gender needs)
Headgear (recommended for safety)

All equipment must be properly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Maintaining hygiene is essential for safety, and failure to do so may result in non-participation.

Don’t forget your gym bag! Many overlook cleaning their bags, which can reintroduce bacteria and odors to fresh gear. Disinfect and Air out your bag after every class and avoid storing damp or wet equipment inside.
