Led by Professor Jim Thrift, a fifth-degree black belt under Grandmaster Relson Gracie, we offer unmatched Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense training for all ages in Calvert County—including Huntingtown, Prince Frederick, Owings, Dunkirk, North Beach, Chesapeake Beach, Port Republic, and St. Leonard.
